I am a Social Designer working with concept development, design and field research and public interventions. As a non-conformist citizen and designer, I am involved in problematizing and solving social issues by using a creative approach that responds to real problems where design can be used as an agent of change in topics like inequality, city-making, politics, and social relationships. Apart from focusing on social transformation through conscious design, my research also concentrates on incorporating a gender perspective lens in my design practice.
I hold a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Design from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon (Mexico) and a M.A. in Social Design from the Design Academy Eindhoven (The Netherlands).
